今年も、非常に寒くなって参りました。
昨日、初雪も降りましたが次の日には、消えてなくなりました。
この時期、お電話でもお問い合わせいただきます内容をまとめましたので、ご案内致します。

３）冬用タイヤについて
積雪時には、有料道路は冬用タイヤ規制がでますので、交通情報をご確認ください。
一般道は、除雪作業も入りますが、市道・私道等は危険ですので、冬用タイヤの装着をオススメいたしております。
４）降雪時のキャンセル料免除について
降雪時でも基本的には、キャンセル料は通常通りかかります。
キャンセル料が免除される場合は、公共交通機関の運航・営業中止や、有料道路の通行止め等で、当地域にお越しいただく事が不可能な場合についてはキャンセル料の免除対象となります。

3) Winter Tires
Winter tire restrictions will be in effect on toll roads during snowfall, so please check the traffic information.
Snow removal will be carried out on public roads, but we recommend installing winter tires on city and private roads due to their dangerous conditions.
4) Snow Cancellation Fee Waiver
Even during snowfall, cancellation fees generally apply.
Cancellation fees are generally charged as usual.
Cancellation fees are waived if it is impossible to travel to the area due to public transportation suspensions or toll road closures.
昨今、国内外においてモバイルバッテリー（その他リチウムイオン電池内蔵製品を含む）の発熱・発火事例が数多く報告されております。
すべてのお客様に安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用について、以下の通りご協力をお願い申し上げます。
1) 火災などの万一の事態を避けるため、外出などで客室を不在にされる際や就寝中は、モバイルバッテリーを必ずコンセントから外してください。
2) モバイルバッテリーから携帯電話等の電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を利用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、充電場所にご注意ください。
・窓際などの直射日光の当たる場所
・ベッド、シーツ、カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
3) モバイルバッテリーのご使用や充電は、常にお客様ご自身が状態を確認できる場所でお願いいたします。
なお、客室清掃時に清掃員が上記の状況を確認した場合、安全確保のため、モバイルバッテリーの移動や充電停止措置を取らせていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Recently, numerous cases of overheating and ignition of mobile batteries (including other products containing lithium-ion batteries) have been reported both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:
1) To avoid any potential incidents such as fires, please be sure to unplug mobile batteries from the power outlet when you are away from your room or while sleeping.
2) When charging electronic devices such as mobile phones from a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in the guest room, please pay attention to the charging location.
– Avoid placing them in direct sunlight, such as near windows.
– Avoid placing them on flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains.
3) Please always use and charge mobile batteries in a location where you can constantly monitor their condition.
Please note that if our cleaning staff observes any of the above situations during room cleaning, we may move the mobile battery or stop the charging process to ensure safety. Thank you for your understanding.

昨日、今年度の蟹漁が解禁されました。当館でも本日（１１月７日）より蟹コースをご提供させていただいております。
１２月は未だ空室が目立ちますので、ご予約は取りやすいかと思います。今年もお待ちしております！
Starting today, our crab course is available!
Yesterday, the crab fishing season officially opened. We are pleased to announce that we are offering our crab course starting today, November 7th.
There are still many rooms available in December, so it should be easy to make a reservation. We look forward to seeing you this year!
