We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests staying at So-sui,

so please feel free to use it as a reference.

 

【お部屋への入室について】

お部屋の鍵は暗証番号式を採用しており、事前にメールにて暗証番号を送付いたします。

ご宿泊日１５時から暗証番号での入室が可能です。

※１５時までは事前に送付した暗証番号では入室できませんので、ご了承下さいませ。

[Room Entry]

Room keys are PIN-coded, and the PIN will be sent to you by email in advance.

You can enter your room using the PIN from 3:00 PM on the day of your stay.

*Please note that you cannot enter your room using the PIN code sent in advance before 3:00 PM.

 

【露天風呂について】

露天風呂のお湯は温泉ではありません。

入室後、お客様自身で浴槽に湯を溜めていただきますよう、お願いします。

※お湯が溜まるまでに約７０分かかりますので予めご了承下さいませ。

[About the Open-Air Bath]

The water in the open-air bath is not a hot spring.

After entering the bath, guests are asked to fill the bathtub with water themselves.

Please note that it takes approximately 70 minutes for the water to fill.

 

・湯を溜めるとき

シャワー室手前の壁面に、お湯張りスイッチがあります。

お湯張りスイッチをONにすると、自動で湯張りが開始します。

・湯を抜くとき

お湯張りスイッチをOFFにしてから栓を抜いてください。

・When filling the tub

The fill switch is located on the wall in front of the shower stall.

When you turn the fill switch ON, the tub will automatically begin filling.

・When draining the tub

Turn the fill switch OFF before unplugging the tub.

【宿泊者特典】

蒼翠so-suiご宿泊のお客さまは、「ホテル北野屋」の大浴場（内湯と露天風呂）が無料で利用可能です。

注意：休館日にはご利用いただけませんので予めご了承くださいませ。

・利用可能時間：15時～22時まで

※ お部屋に、湯籠と入浴パスがございます。ホテル北野屋のフロントで、入浴パスを必ずご提示ください。

タオル、バスタオルは、お部屋から持参ください。

[Guest Benefits]

Guests staying at So-Sui can use Hotel Kitanoya’s large communal baths (indoor and outdoor) free of charge.

Note: This service is not available on closed days.

Available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

*You will find a bathtub and bath pass in your room. Please be sure to present your bath pass at the front desk of Hotel Kitanoya.

Please bring your own towels and bath towels from your room.
